FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Free House Cleanings for Cancer Patients: Arizona Green Maid Service announces enhancement to its cancer patient program.

Eco-Friendly Maid Service Provider and Green Cleaning Product Distributor, Planet Hugger Inc of Chandler, Arizona announced its plans today to expand the company’s existing Cancer Patient Program to include matching sponsors with patients for free house cleanings. The Eco-Friendly company’s philanthropic efforts for cancer patients have included free cleanings to women undergoing cancer treatments through its partnership with national charity Cleaning for a Reason, as well as offering significantly discounted rates of approximately 30% off normal hourly rates for cleaning services rendered to households with cancer patients of all genders and ages.

While the company’s existing efforts have allowed them to make a small impact, Angela Thornton, the company co-founder and daughter to cancer patient Eric Witt of California felt their company efforts could be “stepped up” in order to help many more patients who would otherwise not be able to afford the in-house assistance during a time when they need it most. Thornton believes that being in your home environment surrounded by loved-ones is most conducive to the healing process and adds that a clean environment is essential to help relieve one of the many burdens from caretakers. She also asserts that cleaning without chemicals is an added benefit for cancer patients whose immune systems are in many cases already compromised.

Planet Hugger’s latest plans for cancer patients will allow sponsors to pay it forward to patients in need at levels starting at just $38. What is unique about their cancer patient program is that sponsors will be able to feel a sense of direct impact by hand-selecting the Cancer patient that they are sponsoring. Cancer patients are encouraged to contact the company about registering their household in order to be matched with a sponsor for free house cleaning. Sponsors are also being called upon for their generous support of cancer patients.

For more information about cancer patient house cleaning programs in the Phoenix Metro and Tucson, Arizona Areas, please visit the company’s website at www.planet-hugger.com or call toll free at 1-888-554-HUGS.
